Reparations
Payments Owed to you!
What is a Reparation? Why do you deserve to have it?

African Americans contribute over $39 billion to the economy,
yet we own almost nothing.
Reparations is “the making of amends for a wrong one has done, by paying money to or otherwise helping those who have been wronged.”
For over 400 years we have been “wronged”. Reparations is money that is “OWED TO YOU!” This money is owed to you because your ancestors and forefathers were forced to work as slaves with no payment given to them for over 400 years. You deserve this!
Think about this one thing! How much cotton did slaves have to pick and how much money did it produce. In an article on July 17, 2021 it reads, “This happened along with a textile boom in the Northeastern U.S. By 1850, 1.8 million of the nation’s 3.2 million enslaved people were growing and picking cotton. By 1860, enslaved labor produced over 2 billion pounds of cotton each year.” That is a lot of cotton since each piece literally weighs nothing!!
Question: How much cotton did slaves pick a day? It reads, “In general, planters expected a good “hand” or slave, to work 10 acres of land and pick two hundred pounds of cotton a day. An overseer or master measured each individual slave’s daily yield. Great pressure existed to meet the expected daily amount, and some masters whipped slaves who picked less than expected.”
What do you think about in the morning? Your thoughts are almost always in a state of “Survival”. How will I pay “this or that”. Where can I get the money from? You can get the money from “Reparations”.
Take the time to read the articles. Maybe you think that it won’t make a difference. Reparations are not only for us right now, but it is also for your children in the future. I am sure that you don’t want them to struggle and live from paycheck to paycheck like we have done for how many years.
Martin Luther King did not only say that “He Had A Dream!” On April 3, 1968 he also said “Nothing would be more tragic than to stop at this point in Chicago. We’ve got to see it through”.
Please take the time to read the articles below. It is dangerous not to have hope! We look forward to your comments.
